I’m energized by helping alleviate future malcontents-on-the-job with crystaline words of advice from Dr. Steven L. Anderson of Columbus, OH who gives coaching at his
Integrated Leadership Systems.
Steve tells his career-coaching clients to:
“Find something they love so much they would do it for
free, and do it so well that people pay them to do it.”
As with many of life’s lessons, I would have preferred to have discovered this at an earlier age, but it still applies.
